Q Are the paw prints on all bracelets?
	A Yes, on the SS .925 the paw prints are embedded in the ends of the bracelets. The Silverplated bracelets have raised gold matte finish pawprints in shape of heart at ends of the cuff bracelet.


Q I have a big wrist, will the women’s bracelets fit me?
	A You can order the longer bracelet, which is men’s narrow, at 6 ¼”length as opposed to women’s narrow, 6” long. I can also special order a length for you. The width of the bracelet are the same.


Q Does it cost more to engrave the inside?
	A Yes, there is a $10 fee to engrave on the inside. Also, I can only engrave the inside of Sterling Silver bracelets.


Q How many letters/words can I put on my bracelet?
	A The best thing to do is to tell me what you would like and I will work it out on my program to see if I can fit it all on the SS bracelet. However on the silverplate, I am limited to appox. 26 letters.


Q Do you have 10K or 14K gold pawprint memorial/living tribute cuff bracelets?
	A I can special order such a bracelet.


Q How often should I polish my bracelet and with what?
	A The SS bracelets will need to be polished periodically, as you would any other SS jewelry. Use a fine silver polish. Do not drop it into ammonia, as one customer did when she cleans her rings. The ammonia will take the black lettering out.


Q Do you have any PLAIN braclets I could have engraved for other reason, for example, a birthday present or some other kind of memorial?
	A Yes, I can make you a plain bracelet in SS .925.


Q How long will it take to get my bracelet?
	A Usually I can ship it out to you within the week. If you live in RI, we can make arrangements for a pick up or delivery.
